I use these to make my own version of the kid friendly boxed mac and cheese. I pretty much use only Tinkyada brand pasta, it has the best texture of all the GF pastas that I have found. I always buy the the pastas with Rice Bran for the added fiber.

I use these a lot in the autumn. The are especially good in a cookie crust for pumpkin cheesecake.

A must...will remove the gritty texture from your baked goods

I wouldn't buy this many...but these crackers, I think, have the best taste and texture of all the GF crackers I have tasted. Very similar to a Saltine, a day old maybe.

I just made my own version of Girl Scout Thin Mints using this cake mix...carbon copy and I am not kidding!

I use these when I "make and take" our own GF pizzas to school parties, birthday parties, even to Chuck E. Cheese's where our local restaurant manager allows us to bring in our own safe pizza but buy their drinks and tokens!

I keep these in Sam and Luke's classrooms at school. If their teachers have a question about something (like an art supply) and they cannot get a hold of me for some reason, the boys will use these as added insurance against cross-contamination. Sam calls them his "Darth Vader" gloves (he is in kindergarten) and all of his classmate buddies like to wear them too.

I use this to make my own GF mac and cheese. I make my own because I do not like the texture of the GF noodles in store-bought GF mac and cheese in a box. Using this cheese powder plus Tinkyada's elbow pasta with rice bran, produces an identical version of the famous blue box mac and cheese. Plus, I save a TON of money!

Oh boy! So many uses, so little time!! I make my own gluten-free beef jerky since it is hard to find pre-packaged GF beef jerky. It is a great snack to take on the run. I also dehydrate my own fruits and veggies to make things like tomato powder, (which I use in my own GF "convenience foods") and I am learning how to make my own fruit roll-ups!
