Buy used from: $57.55 One of the best baseball films I have ever seen, and trust me I have seen almost all of them. This is based on a true story of Pete Gray, a one-armed Major Leauguer. I taped this movie off of TV when I was kid and watched it over and over again. I am so glad it is available on VHS. I have yet to find a DVD version.

Reminds me of "A Winner Never Quits" a television movie starring Keith Carradine ("A WInner Never Quits" would have made my TOP BASEBALL MOVIES list if it were available for sale. Keep your eyes open and please let me know if you come across it. Meanwhile, Stratton Story will have to do.
