As a child in the 1980's, many of my growing up years were spent watching Nell and the Kanisky family. She was a true diva in the sense, she was a funny actress, she could sing, she could act... I was very upset when Nell passed away. It is great to have this classic sitcom preserved to watch once more.

What's Happening was a fantastic show with some of the greatest characters ever! It's hard not to smile just thinking about some of the greatest moments on that show. This is a classic TV show which is worth having.

Sherman Hemsley and Marla Gibbs is what made the show so wonderful in my opinion. All of the cast is fantastic but Sherman Hemsley and Marla Gibbs are the funniest. As you probably know, 'The Jeffersons' was one of the highest-rated and longest running sitcoms in TV history and is great to own!

Most everyone knows the characters and story of "All in the Family" Carol O'Conner is wonderful! This is a ground breaking series, a first of its kind to explore race, sex, and other controversial issues that had never been touched on TV before.

I spent my childhood glued to the TV each night that this came on. I daydreamed every day of being able to go to a school like this and study my craft. But since I couldn't, I just danced and sang along w/ them in my living room. Even though it took place in the early 80's and is campy and cheesey as hell, it still manages stand the test of time.This show will forever stay in my heart.

I use to watch this show every Saturday night. Although the formula is very consistent each week, the variety of the guest stars and the uniqueness of each fantasy make this very entertaining!

I was hook on the show each night it came on. Dynasty is what a true "Guilty Pleasure" should be like. All that glitters in this show is gold. It was delightful, funny, glamorous romantic and at times down right catty!

227 has become a classic alongside the Golden Girls and other sit-coms of the mid-'80s. In watching the first episode, I had forgotten just how funny and satirical this show could be. Marla Gibbs and Jackee Harry really made this show, and it helped to make their careers. great show! ---"I mean no place, child"!

I have fond memories of the Benny Hill show running on US television.I remembered his show as a comedy show. It was but it was also a variety show and contains some dated, but good examples of 70s style and song. Hill's a genius and masters of sight gags.

Great urban classic!Dwayne Wayne start out as a geek, and grow into a prince charming in later seasons. You must see Whitley Gilbert progress from being a snob to developing a heart and a sense of humor. The chemistry between Dwayne Wayne and Whitley Gilbert kept me glued to this show!

Roseanne" had fine acting throughout all nine years. She managed to show the three-dimensional sides of a caring, working parent. John Goodman was lovable and hilarious. Since the very first episode premiered in 1988, I have followed the adventures of the Connor family never missing one episode. The cast as a whole made it happen. Great Show!

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air wasn't groundbreaking but it was one of the first shows (after the Cosby Show, which changed EVERYTHING) to showcase an affluent black family. This was another show that I grew fond of watching.Will stole the show and millions agree!

This Show was a hit, although it did not make it to the Nielsen Ratings, but Martin was a Hit and Best Comedy Show since (Good Times, 227, A Different World, What's Happening and What's Happening Now!! Martin was The Typical 1990s Sitcom that had Many Laughters with other comedies. Still stand to be one of the most hilarious shows.

This was truly a great series to watch growing up. Who wouldn't want super strength and super speed? I remember watching some of the episodes when I was really little. My friends would try to imitate Steve's actions when he ran or jumped, complete with that distinctive 'Bionic' sound. This show havn't been forgotten

I thought Alf was one of the coolest shows I've ever watched! The stories were always fun and the cast pulled off one hell of a job.The ALF sitcom was an instant hit upon its debut in the USA during 1986 and has since gained cult status around the world. Happy memories!

No matter how many times I've seen each episode, I still crack up! Simply put, it is still one of the funniest shows on television even after twenty plus years since it's debut. These ladies are hilariously funny.

I like Full House. I grew up with it since it first started.This show instantly became popular when it premiered in 1987. By the time it ended in the mid-90s, it had become very popular. "Full House" is a great sitcom that anyone of any age can watch.

Even after 30 plus years,Sanford & Son is also one of the funniest show ever. There are so many episodes that stand out in my mind Although the first season lacks such memorable characters such as Grady and Aunt Esther(who would make their debut in the following seasons),the chemestry between Redd Foxx and Demond Wilson is undeniable magic.

In 1981, I thought this show was okay and the effects weren't incredible but they were good for a TELEVISION show of that time and the episodes were funny and clean. After some horrible treatment by the network (ABC) during it's original run the show was finally laid to rest far too early right in the middle of its third season, replaced by shows that scored poorer ratings. Go figure.

This show also came up during school night but I was able stay up until 11.Robert and Stefanie had a true admiration, love and respect for one another. The Harts were an inspiration. Their loving, monogamous relationship, their eclectic adventures, and their elegant, but fun lifestyle make for a pleasurable escape. Nice show.
