This item is a little bulky but once your baby sits on it own, it is very convenient for shopping carts and restaurants baby chairs. It gives the baby some padding and helps them fit on the carts. I am not sure how much they protect from germs but it makes their ride (and yours) comfortable.

Make sure your nipples are completely dry before applying the cream.

I used this packs a lot when I started breastfeeding. They were a great relief from the initial pain until your breast get use to the abuse.

This car sit will hold your baby until they are about 30lbs. It is a little big when they are newborn but it has a fitting attachment for small babies. It is convenient to use, buy extra bases for additional cars.
