Month 3: I like the Total Body Burn workout, because it's 45 minutes in length, but I can only take the hip hop stuff once in a while. It breaks up the monotony from Turbojam.

Month 4: Started the 30 day Shred. I thought I was more of an advanced workout enthusiast until this video. It's only 20 minutes, had to start with Workout Level 1 out of 3. I think I'm going to try to stay at level 1 for another week or two before advancing. I do this workout 4 to 5 days per week. I was really sore after the first week, but it helped me to bust through my next plateau.
