Monica Bellucci is by far "the Fairest of Them All". Even though she is only in the movie for about 15 mins., she makes the most out of her part. As the evil Mirror Queen, Bellucci is hotter than ever.

There's something about Angelica Houston's voice that makes her such a great villain. In this, she voices the evil Queen of the Selenites, an alien sap type creature that looks really cool.
Kull the ConquerorKull the Conqueror

Tia Cararre is Akivasha, Kull's beatiful bride who plans on opening the doors of Hell...or something like that. This may not have been the best movie, but Tia is always a good destraction.
Legend (Ultimate Edition)Legend (Ultimate Edition)

While technically not a villainess, Princess Lilly's seduction to the dark side is one of the best scene's in the movie.
The Legend of SuriyothaiThe Legend of Suriyothai
Buy new: $26.99 / Used from: $2.22
Consort to the king, the beautiful Srisudachan is one of the more evil women on this list. She did whatever she had to do(including lots of beheading) to take control of the throne. The fact that this is based off a true story makes her actions all the more chilling.
Merlin (Special Edition)Merlin (Special Edition)

Two villainess' appear in this awesome made for tv movie. Helena Bonham Carter is great as Morgan Le Fey and Miranda Richardson is excellent as the diabolical Mab.
MirrormaskMirrormask
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $4.69
One of my favorite dark queens. The Queen of Shadows, as played by Gina McKee, is not necessarily as evil as she is overbearing and a tad unstable. Her extremely gothic look and sudden bursts of anger make her a very memorable villain.
The Mummy Returns (Widescreen Collector's Edition)The Mummy Returns (Widescreen Collector's Edition)

Patricia Velasquez plays dual roles in this less cohesive though still fun sequal. She plays Meela Nais, the reincanation of the beautiful yet adulterous Queen Anck Su Namun. The flashback scene, where Velasquezs fights Rachel Weisz for the Pharaoh's enjoyment, is the best part of the movie.
The NeverEnding Story II - The Next ChapterThe NeverEnding Story II - The Next Chapter
Buy new: $5.79 / Used from: $0.01
Clarissa Burt is Xayide, an evil sorceress trying to take control of the mythical land of Fantasia. This movie is not as dark in tone as the first movie, but Xayide is a great manipulative villain. Clarissa Burt is extremely hot, it's surprising she didn't appear in more movies.
The OdysseyThe Odyssey

The always great Bernadette Peters is Circe, a seductive sorceress who can turn men into animals. Peters puts in a great performance, making Circe menacing and, at times, vulnerable. While more a distraction to Odysseus than a villain, a sultry Vanessa Williams shows up as Calypso.
Queen of the Damned (Widescreen Edition)Queen of the Damned (Widescreen Edition)
Buy new: $5.79 / Used from: $1.90
The late Aaliyah, stunning as only she could be, plays Queen Akasha. Even though she is in the movie for only about 20 mins., Akasha is still able to cause people to burst into flames, kill an entire family and take out a couple of her fellow vampires in her quest for power. Aaliya was extremely gorgeous and her costumes where pretty cool.
Return to OzReturn to Oz
Buy new: $11.49 / Used from: $8.80
Princess Mombi, as played by Jean Marsh, may not have been the most menacing of villains, but she sure was creepy. The scene where she walks down the hall of living decapitated heads in glass cases, and switches her head for another head, is my favorite part of the movie.
Sinbad - Legend of the Seven Seas (Widescreen Edition)Sinbad - Legend of the Seven Seas (Widescreen Edition)
Buy new: $9.98 / Used from: $0.73
Michelle Pfeiffer voices the curvacious Eris, godess of chaos. Run of the mill, though fun, telling of Sinbad is greatly helped by a cool villainess. Michelle Pfeiffer is obviously having fun, making Eris at times spoiled, manipulative and menacing. Eris' dark look and the way she moves around, as if constantley in water, is really cool.
Sleeping Beauty (Special Edition)Sleeping Beauty (Special Edition)
Buy used from: $8.60
One of the first great Disney villains, Maleficent has always been one of my favorite animated villains. There's something that's just so cold and cruel about her that makes her such a great bad guy. As voiced by Eleanor Audley, Maleficent is given an air of superiority, rather than being too over the top.
Sleepy HollowSleepy Hollow
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $1.98
One of my favorite adult fantasy movies. Tim Burton adds a very gothic and horror tinged feel to the story of the Headless Horesman. Miranda Richardson gives a layered performance as Lady Van Tassle. Without giving too much away, lets just say that there's more to her than meets the eye and she may have more to do with the event's going on than anyone suspects. Great costumes.
The Snow QueenThe Snow Queen
Buy new: $6.49 / Used from: $4.11
Although relativley short, this rendition of the famous tale is still quite entertaining. Again, even though the Snow Queen is only in the movie for about 10 mins., she still makes an impression. As played by Tiffany Amber Knight, the Snow Queen has a certain pale beauty about her that demands your attention. The way she looks is really cool and she also has some neat powers.
Snow White - A Tale of TerrorSnow White - A Tale of Terror
Buy new: $9.99 / Used from: $4.45
This is my favorite version of Snow White. Very dark and grim, this is more of a horror tinged gothic tale. Sigourney Weaver is perfect as the tortured, unstable Lady Claudia. Even though there's more of a reason for what she's doing, she is still completely evil. This is Weaver's movie all the way.
Snow White - The Fairest of Them AllSnow White - The Fairest of Them All
Buy new: $13.49 / Used from: $3.58
Miranda Richardson, again, is great as the beautiful Queen Elspeth. Not as great as some of the other adaptations out there(the rainbow dwarfs annoyed me) this still has some cool ideas and costumes. The magic mirror/mirrors were really cool. And instead of turning into an old hag, she turns into Snow White's dead mother. Richardson turns in another great performance.

The 10th KingdomThe 10th Kingdom

Awesome, and long, mishmash of different fairy tales. Dianne Wiest is excellent as the very restrained and devious Evil Queen. I love the backstory given to her, making her character not so one dimensional.
