Buy new: $23.07 / Used from: $18.99 This is also a must have book for the home baker. It is better organized than Baking Illustrated book, although it uses some of the recipes. Lots of photos in this one that show you what your product should look like during certain critical steps. product reviews are also incorporated - very practical and handy.
