This book is a MUST HAVE for Aspiring Innkeepers and a great reference book for established innkeepers. I keep my copy next to my computer, because I am always needing refresh my memory on "how to do" something online. I also refer to it for press releases, because the author gives so much excellent advice on how to structure a release that newspapers will pay attention to.
