It works...
My only issue with this bag is the cost; From what I understand, it is basically a one time use bag. It would be better if you could buy multiple bags at the same time for a lower cost.

Great help for a great turkey!
I bought this bag because it was my first time brining a turkey and this made it very easy. It was more than large enough for my 19 lb. bird.
