Hasn't broken yet!
It works as advertised. Nice rolling motion, pretty strong. My one complaint is that if you arrange it so that you get real coverage at the base of the back, it doesn't come up quite to the top of the shoulder blades -- certainly not to the base of the neck. I'm curious to see how long it will work before the considerable strain on the little rollers causes it to break down. Certainly no electrical or control problems so far. Good price.

Life Saver
I've never been a fan of this type of product, but I can not say enough positive things about this massager. Fantastic! One word of caution, though. Be careful the first time you use it--it does a great job and feels great, but if you use it too long it will make you very sore the next day. It gets you deep, so be careful. You can make it less intense by adding a towel in between your back and the pad.

definately worth the cost
initially i was hesitant to purchase this product because of the cost. luckily, i recieved it as an xmas gift. i love this product. i use this product every single day. i've experienced chronic back pain/spasms since i injured my back in october. this massager relaxes my muscles and eases the pain within 15 minutes. very intense spasms are usually eased within 30-45 minutes. i definately have to agree with the previous rating that it does provide a very intense, deep massage and if you aren't careful you will be extremely sore the next day.

my only complaint is that after using it so often one of the balls has began to squeak. however, if you're just using it to alleviate a minor injury, minor pain, or just for relaxation you shouldn't have that problem.
