Real Theology5
This is the most important book I have ever read. I was priveleged to sit in with Dr. Nelson as he taught his Theology course over 2 semesters. Those 2 semesters changed my life. They helped me realize how much theology influences every aspect of my life. I was overcome with the reality of how much of our present belief system is from mistaked in history. This book provides a fresh look at the past and informs the present. I believe this book can change lives. It did mine!

A great theology based on history and the Bible.4
This text proves to be an invaluable resource for would-be theologians. It leads the reader in the basic practice of theology. In the same way, it challenges the reader to consider how and what make up ones theology. The expert will be challenged to reconsider some basic assumptions that may have lead them to misguided theological affirmations; while, the beginner will be exposed to both the 'how-to' and the 'why' of "biblical thinking" . The writing is a second-hand recreation of notes and therefore, there are some gaps of thought that a reader will have to jump over. This, however, proves to be a minimal detraction. It has proved to serve as a theological anchor in many of this writer's personal studies.

Very Thought Provoking!!5
If you only buy one theology book in your life this is the one to buy. The author uses a narrative approach in order to help the reader understand how our spiritual forefathers wrestled with understanding the scriptures. I would highly recommend this work to anyone that is interested in the house church movement or just looking for great theology book. A Believers Church Theology will inspire you to go deeper and appreciate our spiritual heritage.
