That is one big strainer
I'm very happy with the china Cap strainer, But it's a big puppy. I use it with my 20 quart pot, and for that it works great, but I wish I had purchased a smaller one. Maybe an 8 in. but for the money and making broth it works great for what I'm using it for. but do keep in mind that thing is big......
