Amazon.com Product Description
This high-performance dive watch features Solar 4000 Technology, an eco-friendly power system that charges from any light source while you wear it and offers uninterrupted power for 180 days when fully charged, so you'll never need to change a battery. A low charge indicator kicks in when less than 72 hours worth of charge remains, and a quick-start feature re-starts the motion with just 2-3 seconds of light exposure. The watch also has built-in technology to prevent overcharging. Designed with rugged good looks to match its superior performance, this dive watch features a marine blue dial with luminous hands and markers for excellent visibility in low light. The dial also features a step-motion second hand and a date window at the three o'clock hour. A unidirectional rotating bezel with engraved dive time markers frames the dial, allowing safe timing of dives and other limited events. The watch is set 44 mm stainless steel case with protective rubber bumpers and presents on a steel link bracelet that fastens with a foldover clasp with safety. An extension system on the bracelet adds length, allowing it to be worn over a dive suit. Other notable features of this watch include precise quartz movement, a scratch-resistant mineral crystal, and a screwdown crown and caseback for water resistance to 200 meters.
Warranty
Pulsar's three-year warranty (from date of purchase) covers all of the watch--inside and out. All moving parts, the case, crystal, bracelet, and battery are covered.

HEAVY, Tough, Smooth, Accurate, and did I say HEAVY!
I don't usually write a review on products (think this is my first one), but I figured I'd take a little time to write one on this fine watch.
I've owned a few other watches. A Rolex Explorer II, Invicta Pro Diver, Atomic G-Shock. This is probably my favorite out of all of them.
First, if you don't like HEAVY watches then don't buy this one. It's HEAVY. Probably not fair (after reading this) if you come back here and give it 1 star because you think it's too heavy. :)
Second. It runs off a battery that has to be initially charged. You have to put it under a light source and leave it for some time. A lot like charing up a cordless phone for the 1st time.
Mine keeps very accurate time. Much like any quartz type watch and much better than any of my "automatics", but not as good as the G-Shock Atomic. :)
Things I like about this watch. "Brushed" stainless. Basically it's pre-scratched. Heavy. I like a watch with some substance. "Rounded" and doesn't irritate my skin. The Invicta and Rolex had "sharper" edges and would bother me after a while. Solar powered and don't have to worry about changing a battery.
Nice big dial. Extra clasp links to go over a scuba suit. (Don't think I'll ever use). Glows in the dark nicely. Can stop the sweep hand for precise setting of time (I couldn't do this on my Invicta). Easy to change the date. Locking clasp.
I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy another should I lose this one. After I got it I wished I'd bought 2.

Solid--good looking--functional
This is a great watch. Yes, it is heavy, but that is a good thing. The band can be adjusted to a good comfort level and it wears a lot lighter than it is. The band also has an extender for wearing over a wetsuit--a great feature for colder water divers.
If you charge the solar cell by keeping it under a light overnight, it won't fail on you (as it did for one of the other reviewers). The movement of the bezel is smooth and it will stay in place once you have it turned to where you want it.
This is a great watch. For this price, you won't find better.
Great looking, stylish watch for the price.
The big plus is no battery changes! Which I've had to do every couple years for my other watched. It's well crafted and designed. Looks sharp. I'm not a diver so I can't comment on whether this thing performs at 200 meters depth. Yes, I'm a poser.
I've had this watch for 4 weeks now with no problems. Initially, I didn't leave it out in direct light so I was fiddling with it to correct the time. Lesson learned, I exposed it in direct sunlight for a couple of days and it's been fine ever since. just a bit of exposure to sun/artificial light every so often is sufficient enough to keep it ticking. If you're a cave dweller/hermit this may not be the watch for you.
minuses - like what the other reviewers said, this thing is HEAVY! maybe like wearing a roll of quarters on your wrist.
another issue is that the dial is big. I have a small wrist so the dial pretty much takes up my whole wrist.
I wasn't able to remove the links on my own, but I did go to a retail store, mentioned it was a gift, and they did it for me for free!
Great looking watch, but heavy. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a nice quality watch at a reasonable price.
