dont waste your money!
This product is not worth it. My daughter opened this and got so upset she has not touched it since Christmas Day! First of all its time consuming to put beads in the pen one at a time, then after we filled the pen to the top, it didn't work!!! This was a waste of time and money. Even if we would have gotten the pen to work, there were not enough beads to make more than a couple of designs.

a little disappointing
The product states that it will dry in 10 minutes, but after waiting that period it fell apart. We sprayed again, waited 20 min., and again it fell apart. Overall, this has been somewhat of a disappointment for my grandchild as it does not seem to have enough "adhesive" in the beads to hold together after spraying it lightly. Spraying too much also does not work...must wait 40 min. for drying...and then it sometimes still falls apart.

My 6 year old loves this!!
This kept my 6 year old occupied happily for 3 hours one afternoon. Yes, it does take longer than 10 minutes to dry mainly because you have to spray more water than they say to get all the beads to stick. For the cost savings, 10 to 20 more minutes of drying time is not a big deal. If you let your child know up front it will be awhile before they can pick up their art, they won't be disappointed. Also, do not overfill the pen or it won't work. A pair of tweezers really is the easiest way to arrange the beads. Great activity for kids to develop their fine motor skills.
