A hose Y connector converts one faucet into two. Two hose connections allow for multiple uses from one hose faucet. Works great. Bought another one today for a gift.
I've used my Orbit Brass Hose Y with Shut-off for just over a month now and I am very pleased. The quality is good and I've had no leaks or any other problems. Works great
I wanted to have two sources for hoses for my double decker deck. This worked great.

Beware plastic parts
Shut-off valve broke in my hand under normal use. Water spraying everywhere. This is after about 4 months of use: plumbing should last longer.
