Great cord
This cord extends the controller cord and it works. What else is there to say.

Put those old wired GameCube controllers to good use!!
As a Wii owner, I bought this product so that I don't have to set the Wii out in the middle of the floor to use my old wired controllers.

I'm sure you know, but there's two specific games from Nintendo that employ the use of the GameCube controller: Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Mario Kart Wii. If you've got WaveBirds, wires are not a problem. But... for the wired GCN controller, this product is ESSENTIAL, considering most gamers now have HD televisions (including myself) and don't sit close enough to it for the GCN controller's wire to reach.

This extension cable is 6 feet in length, which will double the length of the GCN controller's cable. That's about 12 feet, and should give you enough leeway to sit with the controller comfortably in hand.

I have 2 cables on 1 controller (yes, 18 feet of wire) so that passing it around the room is no real hassle (I like the wires on the floor and not dangling so that my nephew won't walk into it). On the plus side, you have the rumble feature, which the WaveBird lacks.

I'm sure you read this purely out of interest. But, it's simple enough =)

System comes with a corded controller and that cord is really short so this was really helpful. I didn't have to get another wirless controller. Which right now are a lot so it'd be better to get a corded controller and this.
