Organizational Behavior for the Hospitality Industry5
Organizational Behavior in the Hospitality Industry is a much needed text for undergraduate and graduate organizational behavior studies with a much needed focus on the hospitality/services industries. Drs. Berger and Brownell have approached this often studied and reviewed topic from a perspective that those of us who teach in hospitality management and tourism programs have been wanting for many years.
In a business where customers (internal and external) are king, Organizational Behavior in the Hospitality Industry is an excellent tool for instruction and discussion. I commend the authors for their fine work.

A powerfully inspiring and practical text5
As a professor of Organization Behavior, Florence has inspired generations of young hotel managers to step up and take care of their people. Here she continues to set the standard, with vivid illustrations and clear action steps. This book will definitely engage hospitality students, and will leave them more insightful and more skilled with people. Top score.
