I work at a small health food store so I get to see and learn a bit more that the average shopper. I've been using this product for about four years and still think its one of the best out there. You don't have to take the full 9 capsules---6 is fine if you're good with your general diet. I love the fact that it's from whole foods because basically I believe that's where it's at anyway---not in a whole litany of supplements. These are not super hyped-up with huge doses that overwhelm the body and I've never had any customer complain that they didn't agree with their tummy. The whole line is really awesome which is also why you need to be careful of 'copycat' lines. They still hold the patent on their process and on the soil-based organisms. It is pricey but if you can do it you owe it to yourself.

I'm a highly active 24-year-old and was looking for a vitamin that didn't make me feel like there was 'a rock in my stomach' after taking it, as well as something that could keep me healthy while I studied abroad in Austria. I was a little nervous about my eating habits over there so I decided to try a whole-food vitamin and Garden of Life came highly recommended.

Needless to say, for the three months I lived over there, I definitely ate differently than my typical diet in America and I never once, that entire time, was sick, felt sick, had low energy or anything of the sort. In my mind, these vitamins kind of acted as a back-up for my body when I didn't get the necessary nutrients in my body abroad that I was used to getting in America. I will admit, a decision to go abroad was HUGE for me and enough incentive to get sick from the stress, but not once did I feel physically sick. They were wonderful, very appreciated and definitely recommended.

Again, I HIGHLY recommend these vitamins, and though they are a bit pricey, they are definitely worth the extra bucks. Hope this helps!
