Love Garden of Life
I've been taking these for a few years. My friend dropped one in a glass of warm water along with several other glasses with other big name vitamins. These were totally water soluable. NO sitting for a while in your gut then being "sluffed off". Guess how long the big names will sit in a glass of warm water giving off their color? No tough decision here. These are the right vitamins for me.
