I bought this product for general health purposes. After using it for a short amount of time, I do notice a positive difference (to me this is remarkable because with the exception of laxatives and perhaps a few other supplements, I have never noticed the slightest difference between supplementing for any period of time and not). But the most noticeable improvement is elimination of body odor. Which, to me, is quite amazing! So that is what I will focus on.

After brushing your teeth, your breath may still smell bad (or your mouth just not feel fresh) because your body continues producing the bacteria that are responsible for the stench. Using this product greatly lessens (you could almost say removes) all body odors (sweat, bad breath, feces, etc.) due to its anti-bacterial qualities (I suppose it is the clorophyll?). So I suggest trying this product.

However, the taste may be intolerable to some. To me, it tastes OK. I have tried mixing it with cranberry/grape juice and it tastes much worse like that! If you don't like it, you may want to try taking them in capsule form (but five capsules is a lot to swallow) or perhaps buy pure clorophyll, which tastes pretty much neutral. I don't know if that would work as well, but I myself plan on trying it. So good luck and I hope this review helps you make a better decision and that you're satisfied with whatever product you choose and the end result.

Good Product
My husband and I both used this product in conjunction with Jordan Rubin's 10 day perfect cleanse eating plan as described in his book Perfect Weight America. That is the way this product is intended to be used. It is unfortunate to see so many bad reviews on a great product. I have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal problems and this product was very safe and gentle and with the menu he explains in his book to go along with the product, I lost 4 pounds and my husband lost an amazing 12 pounds! We both had a little headache and feelings of tiredness during the first three days as our bodies were getting used to the no sugar, no caffeine, no white flour, etc. diet. After day three my energy level skyrocketed and I felt great! You must stick with his eating plan and be drinking 3/4 an ounce of water per pound of body weight while taking this product. I hope this review will help people who are considering a safe and effective way to cleanse their bodies. The plan works but you must have the discipline to follow it.

By far the best "Green" supplement available
People who have read Jordan Rubin's struggles with Crohn's disease in "Patient Heal Thyself" have been touched by his amazing story. His health problems moved him to life long research into the area of nutrition and helped him in creating (Garden of Life) probably the best nutritional supplements on the market today.

Someone has once said that plagiarism is a form of flattery. I now see company after company getting on the band wagon for probiotics. Hence they are emulating Jordan's "Primal Defense" product and now are even copying the poten-zyme process to an extent.

I highly recommend "Perfect Food" as it is without a doubt probably the best Green food on the planet. I like also Kyo-Green and Wakunaga's product line. All of which can be found here at Amazon.
