No recognizable difference at all
This is a costly product that I took for five months based on various web info sites and recommendations. I saw absolutely no appreciable benefit when I used this product in conjunction with wise dietary intake and exercise vs. just proper diet and activity alone.

FucoTHINI really like this product. It's the first weight loss product that really works for me!
