The Best Book for Real Estate Broker Owners5
The Best Book for Real Estate Broker Owners:
Before I set up my own brokerage, I interviewed many broker owners. I found most of the broker owners didn't devote their efforts in effective recruiting. Most of the brokerages do not grow with the industry. The number of their sales persons didn't increase but decrease. Only a few broker owners spend their time in effective recruiting and training. There is one brokerage with many brand new agents come in. But 2 years later, many of those agents moved to other brokerages. This brokerage becomes a training camp for other brokerages. There is one broker owner spends lots of efforts in recruiting, but some experienced agents, mega agents moved out due to the broker owner is too much busy on recruiting without taking care of those top agents.
This is the best book for broker owners. The book is simple, easy to read and hits the key points without lengthy wordings. recruiting agents, retaining top agents, training, marketing... all the keys are here. Those broker owners who want to be a leader in the industry should read this book, and implement the skills, knowledge of this book into real life to be successful. I will be happy to share with you of my learning from this book. [...]
