Customer Reviews

Great game but...4
I have to admit, I've had a lot of fun with this game so far. I don't currently live in the US, so I cant say how accurately this game is to the series, but judging from other reviews, it must be dead on. Jeff Foxworthys' voice is actually used in the majority of this game, and the questions are actually pretty tough! I feel I am smarter than a fifth grader, and I got all of the questions right on the second go-through. (On the first try, I was stumped by the million-dollar final question, which was who wrote "O Captain, my captain"?. Do fifth graders actually know this? Do you? I don't remember ever hearing of this author at least until Jr. high. But anyhow, this game is great, and I feel it has lots of replay values...

.. Which leads me to the disappointing aspect of this game.

While playing my fifth game I noticed that some of the questions had been asked in previous games I played through. With a library of "more than 3000" questions, I feel this is inexcusable. By my 8th game, I would say that I had seen at least 5 questions twice, and 1 question 3 times!
However if you can get past this one bad point, I feel that this is a great game, recommended to all.

Oh, and Walt Whitman wrote "O Captain My Captain".

i am not smarter than a fifth grader3
this game is just like the tv show, without the commercials. i am surprised at how much i DON'T know ! my hubby thought for sure the tv show was fixed because he said "who couldn't answer 5th grade questions?!" well, he has only made it to the 1 million dollar question one time and that was using his 3 cheats. it is a great game to play just to see how much you remember. it is also great if you have those know-it-all friends, you can test them. great game

I am NOT smarter than a 5TH grader5
I love this show. I wondered how this would transfer to the DS format. It does it so well with the voice of Jeff Foxworthy included. The game is like watching the show, but the questions are harder.

The computer animation is good and works in the DS format..and it will keep you playing.

If you like the show, you will love this game
