They make these in lightweight and a heavier version. Lightweight was all we needed for a cool spring in the Northeast- it keeps little ones toasty warm- just zip it up and go!

I purchased this for when i would be out for a few hours and would need to express milk- nice to not have to bring my whole electric pump along. I actually get as much if not more milk with this than with my Medela.

My daughter didn't like the Nuk brand as it would pop out due to the tilt of the nipple- these pacifiers are straight, and she loves them

I didn't have this item, and I really would have loved it. It keeps track of when your baby last ate, napped, had a diaper change. My husband and I were constantly looking at each other like "when did she eat last?". Also very handy to keep track of all of these things for all those first doctors appointments.

We started out with a mei tai carrier. It just didnt work for us. Our daughter loves loves loves the infantino, and for the price, you can't beat it.
