Difficult to find4
This is a very hard product to find. The stores no longer deal with these lights. I have a very expensive piece of furniture that only uses these bulbs. So anytime I can find them, I would rate the company selling them positively. The last time I tried to buy these through Amazon, the dealer stated he was selling a boxed product containing several bulbs. I received one lonely bulb. Boy, was I upset. What I received this time was truth in packaging.

While I did not get what I had ordered (the website and Amazon site of this Company had misprinted the quantity they were selling), they worked to compromise on the order quantity in a way that was the most satisfactory to both of us.

I would like to thank them for still finding one "pack of 12" of the two I had intended to receive. They were very nice in finding a reasonable compromise given the printed error and what I needed in the order.

The product itself came very fast and was new, as described. I would order from this Company again in the future. They handled the discrepancy very efficiently and professionally.
