One of my better purchases
This product is a revelation! I remember my father having his closet organized years ago. It was very expensive, and the result, while well-crafted and attractive, contained absolutely no flexibility whatsoever. The system I've just installed (I used two, to cover a fifteen foot closet), not only has effectively doubled my closet capacity, organized my clothing into easily identified sections, and made the post-laundry hang up process a breeze; its components will allow me to alter the configuration no matter how much my wardrobe changes...and all at a fraction of the cost of a professionally installed system.

good product for the price
Pros:
1. Easy to install.
2. Looks good.
3. Highly configurable.
4. Good quality for the price...not as good quality as the ELF from The Container Store, but good enough and much cheaper.
5. Can find additional shelves and accessories at local home improvement stores.

Cons:
1. Shelves are thin, so don't store anything heavy. They are adequate for clothes.
2. Brackets for the hanging rods are plastic. I used 4 brackets for a 4ft span for my coat closet. I didn't want to take any chances on them breaking.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product. They aren't as high quality as the ELF (I don't have the Rubbermaid Configurations so I can't compare), but they are only half the price.

Flexible closet organizer
I liked the idea of getting one of these closet organizers because every piece of hardware, every bracket, every screw would be included, and there would be no extra trips to the hardware store because you didn't get the right equipment, or you forgot a piece...that always seems to happen to me. It arrived quickly, everything in order. To install, you should have a stud-finder (unless you're one of those super cool people who can find a stud by knocking on the wall), and a 1/4 inch drill bit. My husband had some frustrations, but overall it wasn't too bad. I do really like all the options you have to arrange your closet, and you can store a lot of stuff with this system. One thing I would like to note: I don't know how it could fit in a 5-foot closet. I figured the two top brackets would slide into each other for smaller areas, but it didn't. It fit in our closet, but that's just something to think about.
