Scully's lamp
I came across this table lamp while shopping for a clock on Amazon--don't ask me how that happened--but when I saw the lamp I paused and exclaimed, "There's Dana Scully's end table lamp!" If you are a fan of the old show, _The X-Files_, then you'll know what I'm talking about.

I bought this lamp five years ago because all my furniture is Mission style, and because when I saw it at the store, I stopped and exclaimed, "It's Scully's lamp!" This is a prop that gets around. It's a nice lamp, too.

Amendment: I picked this lamp up at a store near where I live -- didn't buy it off this site; and I can tell you that I paid a third of what it costs here.

Irresponsible`
I havn't even plugged this in and I want to send it back. There are 10 pounds of brittle styrofome packing I have to deal with just to get to it. This stuff is irresponsible and should not be legal in our country.
