The adventures continue....

Nick Seven, the retired CIA agent we met in the critically acclaimed Memories Die Last, once again thrills us with further intrigue and action from the Florida Keys. This time, his fiancé's brother leaves a mysterious call just as he's murdered for no apparent reason. As CIA agents surprisingly pop back into Nick's life, the mystery, and the danger deepen. Once again, the war on terror invades the idyllic life that Nick and Felicia are trying to carve out for themselves.

One of the nice surprises on this book is that just when you think all is well, and the ends neatly resolved... BAMM! There are a few surprises left for you and the characters. Corruption, assassination, killers, drugs, the underworld, and industrial power all drive this tale with page turning fervor.

Tim Smith once again proves his talent as a writer. This fan can hardly wait for another sequel.

Just when I thought I had the plot figured out...
Nick Seven and crew take you on an interesting, bumpy ride filled
with intrigue and plot twists. Never Trust Your Dreams is a quick, enjoyable read, and I couldn't wait to find out what happened next. Tim Smith's character development makes you want
to know more about the somewhat enigmatic Nick and exotic Felicia, the "good guys." The character Terri Holloway brings an aspect of malicious violence and sadistic pleasure into the mix, taking the somewhat derivative story to new heights. By page 120, I thought I had it all figured out, and then was taken on a speedboat ride full of twists and turns. I hope that Tim Smith
is writing a sequel, because I connected with the heroes and can't wait to see what the villians are up to next. There's plenty of derring-do going on in Florida, and I hope that Nick
stays on the CIA's most-watched and wanted list. If you're looking for intrigue and mystery, this is a dream of a book.

Never Trust your Dreams finds Nick and Felicia once again embroiled in the spy game with the death of Felicia's brother Jamal. An ex-CIA and ex-lover of Nick's, Traci Halloway resurfaces with a very treacherous agenda putting both Nick and Felicia in danger. The plot thickens when a wealthy industrialist tries to have Nick arrested for the murder of his daughter. Nick lost his first wife because of his involvement with CIA rogue agents and he is not about to lose Felicia. The final confrontation leads to a satisfactory although violent denouement.

Full of intrigue, adventure and excitement, Never Trust your Dream is one book you don't want to miss. Readers of Memories Die Last will not be disappointed in the sequel.
