A crime wave hits the underwater town of Bikini Bottom, and SpongeBob SquarePants is right in the middle of it! As if "borrowing" balloons with his best friend Patrick and trying to cover up accidentally killing the health inspector at the Krusty Krab wasn’t bad enough, SpongeBob gets his boat stolen by his boating instructor and has to fighting evil with the aging Mermaidman. No matter what, you can count on SpongeBob SquarePants to be at the center of all the action!

Same book, different title
I was looking at SpongeBob Cine-Manga and found that I have this same book, only it has a different title. Mine is titled "Bikini Bottom's Most Wanted" but it has the same cover and the same episodes.
In this book you'll find:
"Life of Crime" which is the episode where SpongeBob and Patrick steal a balloon.
"No Free Rides" where Mrs. Puff unjustifiably passes SpongeBob on his driving test and later steals the boatmobile he is given as a present by his parents.
"Nasty Patty" where SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs think they have killed the Health Inspector, and
"Superfriends" where SpongeBob and the gang team up with Mermaidman, donning special Justice League costumes in an attempt to defeat The Dirty Bubble, Manray, and the newly turned evil Barnacle Boy.
I really think of all the older episodes that these are some of the best and this book is well worth the purchase.
