Purchased it last week. The product is great!! Cooking for only one person, I used to have to fry my steaks that turned out too tough. This grill does a great job, and it's easy to clean.

The only drawback is that there are no guidelines for cooking just meat, be it hamburgers, steaks or pork chops. Foreman only has a few of his favorite recipes in his instruction book that do not include the basics. I grilled pork chops and they took about 20 minutes, but I had to cut into them 1-2 times to check for doneness (but they came out so well I could cut them with a fork). Otherwise, it's a great product.
