About Richard Glovsky: Richard D. Glovsky is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and employment law attorney. Dick regularly appears before the trial and appellate courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and has won numerous precedent-setting rulings.
