I originally intended in purchasing a lighter wieght dinnerware set however this set caught my eye. It is of medium wieght. Alot of the pieces I will not use like napkin rings or the cups as they are very small like tea cups. The bowls are modern and have to be at least 24oz. I have used the set everyday for over a month now and they are holding up nicely. No cracks or chips at all. The set is off white and I feel it can be dressed up or down depending on your style. I am glad I made the purchase.

Great dishes
I purchased these dishes almost two years ago. They have held up beautifully--no cracks, chips, or scrapes.The dishes are of a great quality and I love the simple pattern. In fact, I love the dishes so much I am buying another set. I am hosting Thanksgiving this year and the set only sets 6. While a set for 8 would be ideal, I plan on having these dishes for a while and do not mind having the excess!
