Discontinued Set Due to Poor Design
Market Street was discontinued by Lego because of the poor design. It just didn't meet the structural integrity of the sister sets such as the Green Grocer and Cafe Corner.

I love lego, so maybe im biased, but this is a great one and get the set if you can, it looks so cool.
