A decent Flash Drive
This is a reasonably good drive. Works as it is supposed to and inexpensive. I use it to back up important documents off site and keep it in my back pack. The case looks and feels a bit cheap and the end cap does not fit very tightly suggesting that eventually it will fall off. I prefer a solid "click" when placing the cap like is the case on my Lexar flash drive. However, the Lexar is designed to hang from the cap while the Kingston hangs from the body of the drive. Anyway, I think I got my money's worth with the Kinston drive.
Flashdrive is the greatest
I am hooked on flashdrives. This one has been great so far. I have 4 of them. Perfect for storing music and photos that were taking so much room on my harddrive. We had a LOT of music and photos. Also great as a backup for my pictures. I put an extra copy on one flashdrive and I store it at work - in case of fire or if one gets damaged. SO MUCH easier than copying it all to CDs.
Would have scored five stars, but...
Great device. Does everything it's supposed to, doesn't have any accompanying software. As far as I can tell there's only one downside. Normally I use the device as a means to transport files between work and home. 90% of the time I transfer the files off the memory key before altering them. Every time I've actually worked on or altered the file directly from the memory key, that file seems to disappear from the complete list of files. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this. Again, other than that, it's a dream.
