Works Great!
This Gladiator system is flexible and reliable. It is vastly superior to screwing hooks into studs. With this, you find the studs once, hang the rails then put up whatever hooks you need. It allows you to easily rearrange the organization of your hanging items.

Stupid Packaging
I like Gladiator GarageWorks stuff, but I don't like that the company chose to package these two types of hooks together. The J hooks are much more useful, and I have many more unused L hooks lying around.
