Customer Reviews
an OK table, but has a few problems
We are more or less happy with this product: it looks good and virtually "saves" the space because it is clear glass. However, it may be too high for your chair, especially if your chair doesn't have adjustable armrests. The wiring also doesn't look pretty (nowhere to hide it).
GREAT PRODUCT...NOT SO GREAT SERVICE
I LOVE MY DESK!!!!! Great product however I wrote this company a copule of emails (Amazon shows record of this) and never received a response until I wrote negative feedback. See below as I copied and pasted their communication to me:
"We have searched for your email to us thru Amazon, we obviously did not get it from Amazon. Yes, you are right about that we should not only be responded to negative feedback comments but also should write back to customer whom paid us compliments on products or services and this if Amazon would have forwarded those good emails to us.
We are sincerely accepting your suggestion as our learning curve and add it on to our service procedures from here on. But more importantly we have to react to our customer who might be needed our attention first to resolve issues as quick as possible, and you are no exception in this matter."
So in conclusion I would purchase an item from them if it was cut and dry but if you are a person who may have questions and likes to have a paper trail (thus emails) then I might have to think about it.
Everyone makes mistakes and so do companies so hopefully they have tweaked things and made changes.
