A Must for Your Low Sodium Pantry5
This product gives the world of baked goods back to those on a sodium restricted diet. Simply replace the amount of regular baking powder called for in any standard recipe and you will get good tastings results without all the excess sodium.

This product utilizes the leavening power of 'potassium' bicarbonate, rather than sodium bicarbonate, thereby adding 0 mgs. of sodium to your food.

Smile. You can have pancakes, muffins and cookies again. Enjoy!

Perfect in all My Baking5
I love this product, My family has high blood pressure so this is a must for our household. Low sodium diets are so resrictive, but this product opens up so many doors for us now. Thankyou. I hope you have it in stock real soon. I'm almost out!

did packaging change product?3
I've used and loved this baking powder for years. It used to be packaged in a glass jar and was very powdery and easy to measure. I've had one can with it in the new packaging, and I have to chip away at the baking soda to turn it into a powder. I don't know if this is typical of the new product or if I just got a bad can, but I vote for bringing back the glass jars!
