We use this in our gluten-free cooking and it's is certified gluten-free. We don't buy this at Amazon since it's much cheaper at an Asian store. If you can't find it locally, do buy it here. (It's about .50¢ cheaper at our local store but with gas prices so high, it might be cheaper than driving to get it.)

A must have for gluten free baking.
I use Mochiko in my gluten free flour mix. It adds a bit of body and chewiness to cookies and brownies. It seems to help with the moisture too, as I find many gluten free baked goods are dry and gritty without a little sweet rice flour added.
