| Some of these book have recipes, others do not. However, they all have great information about living Gluten-Free. I especially recommend Shelly Case's book. She has amazing nutritional tables for gluten free ingredients that help a LOT with substitutions, etc while cooking/baking or experimenting in the kitchen. | ||
