![]() | Barron's GMAT (Barron's Gmat Graduate Management Admission Test) by Eugene D. Jaffe M.B.A. Ph.D.
Buy new: $18.99 / Used from: $0.10 The Official GMAT books do a wonderful job of providing you with plenty of authentic practice questions. But if you run out of official questions, or need more help with test-taking strategy, then you will need to look elsewhere.
This book has a helpful math review section and plenty of questions. I do not recommend the version with the CD-ROM--the CD is buggy.

![]() | Sentence Correction GMAT Strategy Guide (Manhattan Gmat Prep Guide)
Buy used from: $10.00 It would be a good idea to check out this series of GMAT books if there are particular areas of the GMAT where you need additional help.
I would suggest only buying the specific titles that you need--if you buy all 8 books, then it will cost you over 200 dollars.
If they are sold out on Amazon, then try ManhattanGMAT.com.

![]() | Cracking the GMAT, 2009 Edition (Graduate School Test Preparation) by Princeton Review
Buy used from: $7.88 This book is not very good. It is overly simplistic, and the answer explanations are lacking.
While it might be helpful for those unfamiliar with the GMAT or for low scorers, those trying to earn admission to a top business school should look elsewhere.
However, if you have already exhausted all of the above materials, then you should feel free to use this for extra practice.
