Review
I've been using The Ultimate Guide to Weight Training for Golf for 8 weeks. I must say the results are amazing. I have added 7mph to my driver swing speed (109mph to 116mph) and my flexibility has increased dramatically. I have played a few rounds and feel I control the club much better at the top. I also don't fatigue at the end of the round. I never really thought working out made much of a difference, but your program works. A few friends just bought your book and have started their own programs. Thanks for a great service! --Chuck S
Thank you SportsWorkout for your help. I have improved my driving distance and with that my score improved also my confidence. I play high school golf but I didn't win many awards because of my inability to hit the ball far which left me with long iron and wood shots into the greens. Your golf book has really helped me develop great training habits and I am a much better golfer because of it! --Cole H

Just what I needed
This book is just what I was looking for. Not a how to exercise book, but an execise program. I am using the book to make my own workout program workbook to follow. I know some people called it a cut and paste job, and to a certain extent that is true. But it is just in the section that shows you how to do the excercises, and that is not the focus of this book. The focus is what excercises to do when and for how long, and on that point the book hits the mark. I already knew how to do a push-up I just didn't know when I needed to do a push-up to improve my golf game. This book covers that short sweet and the the point without too much filler to make the book look thicker.
Great book to keep your workout goal oriented and interesting
This book is great! I have always had a problem falling into a workout rut, and this book has designed a fun golf workout that changes every two weeks. I would recommend this book or any book in this series to someone who is training for a specific sport. The book is simple to read and you can download blank workout sheets from their website so you can track your progress. The book also has pictures explaining each exercise that is well organized by muscle group. Golf season has not started yet but I am looking forward to getting out there and crushing some great shots.
