Good Value
This product is very good for getting a golf specific workout if you don't have very much knowledge of workout routines and exercises. I saw it and scoffed, but figured i'd give it a try. I found out that I was definitely not in as good a shape as I would like to think :) I havent checked recently, but last time i looked all the stuff that comes with it without the cd would be around (or over) 60 bucks anyway.
