Best easy Brazilian cookbook5
My husband and I lived in Brazil and Portugal. The recipes are authentic and easy to follow. I make the beef kebobs with onion and pepper and the brazilian black beans whenever I have a party. Everyone loves them. The flavors are different and the recipes are in general fairly healthy.

Brazilian Cooking4
While I am no expert on Brazilian cooking, I found this book to be easy to use and understand. I am currently hosting a Brazilian exchange student in my home, and she pointed out some of the recipes found in here to be ones that were commonly used in her city. It is probably a very basic book for Brazilian cooking, but it really is a nice guide to add some culture into your cooking.

Very good, easy to follow cookbook!5
I really enjoy this book. It's easy to follow the recipes, and as a person who lived in Brasil, I can attest that they are very good! :)
If you want to try some excellent cuisine, buy this book and cook a few things--you'll enjoy them!
