Coko warms the soul and holiday spirit!!!!5
This release marks Coko's 3rd solo release and might I add it is well worth the effort put forth in celebrating this holiday season before the release of her next gospel album due out early next year.

This album truly warms the soul indeed and it features 4 new releases and a few songs from her "A Special Christmas" release back in our 97-98 S.W.V. days. The album starts out with the smooth and jazzy flavored 'We Thank You" in which she sangs beautifully and then there's the stunning duet "Give Love on Christmas Day" with American Idol Finalist Goerge Huff !!!!

but the greatest gift included in this release is the heavenly duet "Silent Night" recorded with her mother Lady Tibba in which features her youngest son Jalen as well singing in a adorable innocent baby like tone shows he's in prep to follow into his mothers footsteps.

This album is truly a blessing to hear during this special holiday season so order your copy today!!!

I expected much more from Coko, especially after her stellar gospel cd. More original material would have been a nice touch. The production on a few songs could have been better as well. All in all it was a decent first try. I hope in a few years, she teams up with a few other R&B stars and try this again. Or better yet, reunite SWV and sing us right into the new year.
