These 36" long rolls are a full 6" cylinder and are offered in 3 different densities. Half cylinder rolls are also available - see item number 48-021.

Foam roller
I mistakenly bought this roller thinking it would be firm like the one I use at my physical therapists but I was mistaken. They do advertise it as soft so I got what I ordered I just don't know what I would use it for and hope to be able to return it.

this product is SOFT. Not hard like the ones in PT. had I known I would have not purchased. I did not return because shipping is almost the same as cost of item. Yard sale.
