No customer service at all
This is the worst company I ever dealt with. While under warranty they were to send me a refurbished unit when it stopped. I used it twice more and it stopped again with a few months. Then I discovered it had the same serial number and had not been replaced the first round. After being on hold an hour the supervisor said my RMA did not exist and it had never been serviced and essentially he was calling me a liar...I had the email with the number! and now it was out of warranty. Nice product while it works.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
Do NOT buy a TomTom. This company cares ONLY about making a sale. They do not care what happens after you've got the product. They are impossible to reach and indifferent when you do reach them. I had mine for about 2 years when it just stopped. It died when the warranty did--so TomTom will do nothing. It didn't get that much use--actually only used it about 20 times. I figure, at the price my husband paid for it, that was about $35 a pop. TomTom no longer makes this version, carries no parts or accessories for it, has no clue where you might get it fixed. I called around, since TomTom doesn't make the parts, no one else can fix it either. If you don't believe me PLEASE do your homework BEFORE you buy one, wish I had. By the way, Microsoft is suing TomTom and TomTom ignored THEIR attempts to settle. Quite the arrogant company! In order to submit this review I HAD to give it at least one star, otherwise I would have given it ZERO!

TomTom Go 910
I purchased a Go910 and have had nothing but problems. And be aware that after the 2 year warranty TomTom DOES NOT CARE about problems with your unit and will not service it when it is out of warranty. I called Tech Support for TomTom and followed all the requirements they wanted me to do with my unit still not working. They said to me then that TomTom did everything they could but it is company policy that any unit out of warranty is no longer their concern. Anything from TomTom is not worth it. Buy the other brands.
