These are great. Especially if they have a bassinet and changing table feature. We keep one on the first floor and kept it next to our bed for those first few months (OK, the child ended up co-sleeping...)

Great tub, with a netting insert for the wee little ones. Very useful for a long time!

Really the best out there, although it wasn't that simple to install as others said...but once it was done the first time, a breeze from then on.

Great stroller - if you don't need to take it in a car! This thing is big and heavy. But, tons tons tons of great features. Easy recline, can change direction of seat so baby can look at you, rain cover, sun shade, bug net...Awesome stroller, just not for taking to the mall

A baby gym is useful to have - at least for the first 6 months or so.

A gilder of some sort is great. We just bought a regular recliner/glider from the furniture store. Plan to move to basement once it is no longer needed in the nursery

Let's face it, they will most likely watch some tv. This is a great starter DVD - simple, parents don't know why it is so popular but the kids seem to love it!
