The Baby Einstein Pack 'N Play Playard by Graco grows with your baby. You can use it in three configurations: play mat, bassinet with toy gym, or playard with activity panel. It is sure to engage and entertain with color, texture and music. The toy gym attaches to the mattress pad, creating a wonderful play mat for use on the floor. Baby Bach and Baby Vivaldi hang happily overhead while Caterpillar hugs the toy gym. Caterpillar slides off the toy gym and introduces baby to the fascinating world of shapes and textures.

About Graco
In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. Wonderful, Colorful Product
I received this pack n' play for a shower present this weekend and it is absolutely adorable set up. It is very colorful and the the toys are cute. It was very easy to set-up. I am not good at putting things together and it took me about 5 minutes total.
The matress comes out so you can put it on the floor with the toys overhead. It is very multi-functional.

The seller at Babies R Us recommended this playpen over others. I am glad I listened to him because unlike other playpens, this one has a built-in interactive light-up music panel that my daughter loves to look at. It is also very colorful and big, yet light enough to carry by myself. I also put it together within 5 minutes by myself without ever having to reference the instructions, so other mommies will like the ease and convenience of setting it up. My daughter loves the colors and dangling stuffed animals, especially the rabbit. She started smiling at the rabbit when she was 3 months old and singing to it, now she speaks to it. I believe the colors and features are responsible for her brain stimulation and advanced behavior. The only thing I wish was improved upon is the soundbox on the light-up button panel. Although I have it on the highest setting, once you close the back, it does not sound loud at all, I have a hard time listening to it especially when the a/c is on in the house or the TV is on, so I wish they could make the volume go up a little higher since I doubt my daughter can hear it. As other reviewers have said, the bassinette is a lot stronger and sturdier than other playpens' bassinettes because it attaches to the bars with reinforcements, not cheap and flimsy velcro. The mattress is soft as well, I am very happy with this playpen, now I just need to buy a 2nd one for the other grandma!!
Careful with play gym attachment!
The play gym cross bar "baby Einstein" attachment on this product collapsed on my 3 month old! I had used it before with no problems and thought I was careful in putting it up but the clips keeping it on must have come undone and it collapsed on her. She was not hurt, but could have been if the heaviest part had falled on her. I actually like the regular pack and play part of this very much -- easy to put up, relatively light, nice primary colors -- and will continue to use that but I will not use the "baby Einsten" attachment anymore.
