How to Start a Catering Business when you don't know what the hell you're doing
There is no rating low enough - this book surely does not deserve even 1 star! Poorly written, double spaced, obviously not proofread...not a book I would have ever bought if I had been able to look at it in the store before buying.

A Good Book ABout Catering
I liked this book because it is written in simple language and goes over the nuts and bolts of the catering business. It talks about pricing, portioning, and etiquettes for servers and bar tenders. I think it gives you enough information to decide whether catering is for you. I liked it.

This is a small book but packed with fabulous information and tips. Highly recommend this book!
