Real organic mild cheddar cheese crackers are USDA organic. While carefree mid-summer days inspired our name, the lover of family inspired our ideals. On any given day you can find three generations at work including my father and cofounder, mother, husband, aunt and three year old son, the boy on the front and the biggest fan of our bite size organic crackers. As a mother, I'm constantly in the position where I need to give my son a snack on the go, but, I'm not willing to sacrifice the quality of the ingredients for convenience. The bite size crackers were developed with him in mind. Our family hopes you enjoy them. The organic ingredients in our Bite Size Cheddar Cheese Crackers are produced without synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, genetic engineering, antibiotics or added growth hormones. They also contain real organic cheddar cheese, no trans fats, no hydrogenated oils, no corn syrup, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no preservatives and are kosher and are lacto (dairy) vegetarian. And with our new company, Late July Organic Snacks, we've taken that dedication to a higher level by using organic ingredients. Kids loved them
Our kids loved these crakers. The individual serving bags are convienent for lunchs. I thought they had very little flavor, but the kids kept asking for them. Maybe its just the difference between adult and kids taste buds.

Not Cheeze-its!
I am always looking for healthy, organic snacks for my girls. This is one that no one liked. They do not taste like your traditional cheese crackers like GoldFish or Cheeze-its. We do Love Late July's peanut butter and cheese filled crackers, those are much better. Bottom line-- try before you buy in bulk!

Grandmother's modern day treats
As a modern day "granny" I like to provide my grandchildren with healthy treats. My grandchildren love these little nutricious crackers. They are always fresh and tasty. They are the perfect size snack pack for the whole family to put in their purse or backpack--the only problem I have had with them --is how do I keep their Grandfather from eating them all!!
